OilSmart Sump Pump Switch

OilSmart Pump Controller Switch
For elevator sumps, underground utility vaults, tank farms, secondary containment areas, & pits.

PUMPS WATER ONLY, WILL NOT PUMP HYDROCARBONS
The OilSmart Pump Switch, when combined with a non-auto sump pump, will allow water to be pumped without the risk of pumping oil. The switch is ideal for elevator sumps, transformer containment areas, parking garages, and city underground vaults.
NO Moving parts BUBBA PROOF
NO float switches to get fouled or hung up.
Capacitance type sensor
The OilSmart™ water pump switch & sensor lets you safely pump water only! This switch energizes a pump, valve, alarm or whatever’s wired into it when it detects water, not oil. If it detects oil, it shuts the pump DOWN! It’s deadly effective and economical to use!
The OilSmart Pump Switch is a stand-alone pump controller requiring no expensive pump control panels. It will operate any pump up to 1HP. All models include built-in ON and OFF differential of 2.5”or 6”. It is an industrial grade switch that differentiates between oil and water used to control pumps in elevators, transformer oil containment areas, underground utility vaults, marine, and other applications. The OilSmart Switch can be an integral part of the pump assembly or a stand alone component wired to the pump or a control valve. Since 1995, the Original and Patented OilSmart Switch has been the reliable choice for safely pumping water. Installation of the unit allows you to comply with State and Federal regulations while reducing the risk of adverse publicity, fines and expensive cleanup costs. How it Works
