The OilEaterVAP wastewater evaporation system can be effectively used to economically evaporate any industrial wastewaters — all you need is fuel oil, diesel or waste oils. This VERY efficient wastewater evaporator has simple controls, redundant triple safety shutoffs and the ability to burn away waste oils — while evaporating wastewaters, giving you the potential of ZERO Liquid Discharge.
The OilEaterVAP can even be configured as a dual fuel system (optional), able to switch back and forth between diesel and waste oils — or even switching between fuel oils and natural gas / propane. Both burners can use as fuel nearly any type of waste petroleum based oil, or new fuel oil. The gas-oil burners provides the option of having automatic backup to natural gas or propane.
The OilEaterVAP (OeV) is a wastewater evaporation system designed specifically to run on diesel/fuel oil or waste oils. For the commercial marine industry and their unique waste disposal problems this can be a real problem solver! There are two things that the commercial marine industry has a lot of: too much oily bilge & gray water requiring special handling and plentiful waste oils and/or diesel fuel oils. As environmental regulations tighten up for workboats and the commercial marine industry, it’s becoming more important, even critical — for a better way of eliminating or reducing these waste streams and pollution.

Our smallest OilEaterVAP, the #OEV20, is only 34.5″ wide, designed specifically to fit thru any hatch or door to get it onto a workboat. Use it on deck or below deck — in the galley or in the engine room, evaporates 20 gallons per hour! Got more water? Put the bigger OilEaterVAP #OEV60 on a dock or barge or in your shop!
