Bilge Water Evaporator
BilgeVAP-Evaporate your marine waste waters away!
Or disposal problems ?
The BilgeVAP simply evaporates away the water portion of oily bilge water and maybe even treated black water coming off of Marine Sanitation Devices (MSD) allowing workboats, barges, platforms, oil rigs and even shore facilities to become no discharge zones.
With this simple, rugged device, all the water or slops are automatically heated to boiling and turned into vapor which is then vented to atmosphere through a blower-assisted stack. Venting is easy. Water vapor is not considered a pollutant. Electric heating means no emissions!
NO DISCHARGE IS A GOOD DISCHARGE!!!
Factoid #2. Water is water at 211 degrees F—-at 212 F it turns to vapor and can be gone.
No moving parts — Nothing overboard!
NO DISCHARGE ZONE? NO PROBLEM?

Marine Water Evaporator for ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE
Bilge Water, Gray Water, Treated Black Water
With under floor or immersed heating, the “No Discharge Zone” BilgeVAP™ allows a 98-99% reduction of your bilge water. When the water portion has been evaporated, just the oil portion and solids remain—which can be easily drained off through the 2″ drain port. The flat or funneled floor is sloped to the drain and the removeable lid makes access easy. If you watch what you feed it (oily or dirty water), you can run several batches (lots) before you need bother to clean out the oil.
The “No Discharge Zone” BilgeVAP™ is engineered to quickly, automatically and safely evaporate the water.
The “No Discharge Zone” BilgeVAP™ marine onboard electric evaporator runs off your generators and evaporates 4-14 gallons per hour with no moving parts (except the exhaust fan)! This simple system runs unattended for up to 20 hours and shuts down by itself. It has both low water and high temperature automatic safety shutoff controls.
Need more? 60 GPH available in ShoreVAP and OilEaterVAP models. Natural gas, propane, and waste oil fired.
